Tetrosyl Refinishing
Tetrosyl have been associated with the Refinishing paint trade for over 50 years. Manufacturing a range of cellulose, acrylic and polyester paints with full vehicle refinish tinter systems in all ranges. With the introduction and implementation of the 2007 VOC emissions Tetrosyl met these demands with aqua-t, a completely new technologically advanced water based system to comply with these requirements.
Tetrosyl complement this colour system with an extensive range of products, covering all aspects in the VRG market with primers, base colour, clearcoats, colour restorers and waxes. This makes us a unique manufacturer with a complete system allowing the bodyshop to do a total repair with a Tetrosyl system.
aqua-t is a fully compliant advanced waterborne paint system comprising solids, metallics, pearlescents and xirallics. Advanced technology ensures all aqua-t colour finishes are precisely matched and reproduced with superb clarity and brilliance.
To facilitate this requirement Tetrosyl invested over £2 million in an advanced state of the art manufacturing plant at our Heap Bridge Hall site. The incorporation of aqua-t into bodyshop areas is facilitated with computer aided software to allow easier colour retrieval for the VRG trade.
To complement the aqua-t paint range, Tetrosyl has developed a 2007 compliant ancillary range. This complete system provides a fully intergrated crash repair programme including HS Primers, HS Clearcoat, Trade Sprays, Gun Cleaner and Panel Wipe.
Tetrosyl works closely in partnership with the Motor Industry Skills facility at MANCAT who provide a wealth of development, practical and impartial expertise.
